Lost season ticket.
Are they replaceable?
Not me surprisingly, but SWMBO. Noticed last night that she hadn't put it on the mantelpiece where it normally lives, brief search didn't find it and while not panicking yet, it's possible that it's gone walkies.
What the procedure, or is she just going to have to shell out for another?

With the introduction of barcodes, they should be able to replace it for a fee - don't know what the fee would be though.

Aye, doubt it's going to be easy... I'd say she should have worn it on a chain round her neck... But she did.

Aye - From the folder season ticket came in "Should you lose your Season Tcket, you can apply for a replacement card which will be subject to a charge"AyeYerMa wrote:Are they replaceable?

A call to the UR ticket office should sort it - hopefully the fee is minimal
Finished
Re: Lost season ticket.
I believe it to be in the region of £60 from speaking to some who have lost theirs in the past.
And as the player tried to take the field, the marching band refused to yield and do you recall what was revealed........

Ouch... She's going to love that.
It's usually me that loses things, my credit card expires next month and (barring accidents) at the age of 42 it will be the first one I've ever had that has actually expired while still physically in my possession.
Need to do a proper search for it before ringing the office.

How long in the past?Riddick wrote:I believe it to be in the region of £60 from speaking to some who have lost theirs in the past.
Until a couple of years ago, a lost ST was untraceable so still usable to someone who found it. replacement costs were those costs to pay for remaining number of fixtures and that varied depending on how long there was remaining in the season.
if a card is lost now, it should be possible to "block" that card, so there is no loss of income to UR by someone getting in for free, and any charge should be reasonable to cover admin and replacement card cost. I may be wrong here, but £60 as a replacemnet card nowadays sounds excessive.

Re: Lost season ticket.
There was a bit of a panic last year when big son thought he'd lost his season ticket. Call to the lovely ladies in the Ravenhill office confirmed that it could be replaced for a nominal fee of £10. Said lost ticket though turned up under his ass half an hour later as per normal
Wooohooo!! Only donkey left on the board
