Why I love rugby #116

Post by Geebob »

I just received this in an email from one of my players. In case you don't know I coach a college women's side in the USA, so this is from an 18 year-old young lady:

"I think I broke my nose ...[snip]... I will be back for the game. The injury won't hurt my playing, I just wanted to let you know."

Yes, unfortunately the "guests at training" part was not with Ulster rugby, but another (lower tier) club. My rhetoric got away from me and it wound up getting put on the website.

Shall ask our club webmaster to fix that one as I didn't catch it on our website. Good eyes, Fermain!

Would really like to meet player Kati McCormick to clarify her description of Positions: Flanker, Lock but more so what is meant by '8 man'

Dear Geebob, when you arrive steer clear of the second barrier crew, because what make Milwaukee famous made losers out of them.
