As far as I’m aware Brendan Macken hasn’t got a new club yet. Could he do a job for us? We’re a bit light with Olding & possibly Jared gone.

Not that I’m aware of. Was chatting last night to someone who knows him & the chat was he was disappointed not to agree terms with Wasps & is currently in talks with other clubs. No names mentioned.

Why are people so obssessed with getting Leinster's sloppy seconds after D4 giving away our talented home grown players? Is it learned helplessness or some kind of large scale Stockholm syndrome? There is no sense of pride anymore. Just fill the shirt with a guy on loan who wants to go to the world cup because it is the sensible thing to do.

Agreed. Decidedly average player. There's no point bringing in a journeyman like him.

Always had hopes Paddy Mac would return. Not sure if the timing is right mind but would be a decent replacement for Black
