Hope we don't continue in the same way next year

Might just be the man to bring back a bit of b*****d in the pack again. Think we've become way too nice of late. No hard edge. Having said that - could we not tempt big Jim Telfer. Those Lions team-talks put hackles up! Awesome.

I think Williams is on the record saying that Willie Anderson is the best continuity coach that he has worked with.

If big Willie is involved, I wouldn't be surprised if he is a consultant brought in for specific sessions, like Reggie Corrigan for scrummaging, rather than a full time member of the coaching staff. That way, the blazers noses may not be put out of joint too much..

Willie has been teaching at Sullivan now for a few years and this year in particular I noticed the increase in skills and in particular the offloading skills that the Sullivan players had acquired (we still beat them though!). Whilst its at a different level of rugby this is a first hand example where I can see that Willie Anderson has dramatically improved a team's continuity.

He won't be allowed. It'll put far too many noses out of joint. Sadly
