Its just clean nonsense, Humph and Logan had decided to get a new coach after the bad run in the Rabo, not after the Heineken Cup final.
There was never a guard nor a customs man, got his nose inside that transit van.

It was always going to happen. Humph and Fit were lining up potential candidates for a while before I reckon.

It wasn't lack of support from the blazers did for McCall it was the divided loyalty of the fans and the locker room split with a couple of players stirring things . It required an outsider to squash it all and then disappear .

And the potential of it happening again with a home grown head coach is a real possiblity which DH and Logan feared after Mac achieved so much quite quickly.

I may well have been, its easily done when you're getting regularly pumped
