seems like donaghadee could be the team to beat. good starts for Ballymoney and Clogher Valley. Cooke only played one league game but beat Ballymena "s quite well according to the newsletter

The 'mighty' Ports were beaten again by Coleraine. What has happened to them?

Cooke beating B'mena 2s is not really any great guideline as it was against B'mena 2s in the Confrence league last year that Bangor registered their sole victory last season.

Cooke looking really good this year. But. Do they really want to be in AIL? i do not believe they have the will nor the money, however the way Inst are going maybe they should swap leagues Inst would not beat Cooke at the moment. Coleraine will be fighting for the promotion spot, Dee have had a great start however i feel they will struggle towards the end of the Season, 3rd spot:
1st Coleraine
2nd Cooke
3rdDee
4th Not Portadown again the Ports have opened the chq book and tried to buy a team it failed before and will fail again why why why

I see mighty Dee went down 34-3 to coleraine at the Dee. A touch of reality.

A touch of reality, really! Well done the Dee another bonus point win and looking good, but can they keep the momentum and have they the strength in depth, well the 2nds also won well against Coleraine 2nds so maybe they have got it right this year.. Ci lose again , how did Portadown do?

Sorry about duff information but was going on the result shown on Coleraine web site. It showed result a 3-34 and assumed that they would folllow the usual methodology of showing the home team score first and away second I.e. Home v away.
Didn't realise that they were showingColeraine result first above everything else.

I would expect he is still fairly effective at that level, last year he didnt play much after a cruciate injury.
