I'm a bit surprised by Leinster going public on this when just a week or so ago I read that Racing Metro had offered Sexton a contract extension of (I think) four years.

Bad news for Gopperth and Mads. Time for some quantitative easing.

Well if wee quiffy feck face Madds would learn that he is a brad pitt 10 but could play 12 for Leinster but not at international level then he will get far in life

Wonder how much he is going to get paid :duck:

He left Ireland for cold hard cash and I doubt he's coming back for less than Racing Metro were paying!

Anyone heard any numbers?

Read the first couple of chapters of his book (I have a very short reading attention span), and he struck me as a bit of a diva.

He is taking less than Metro offered but is now the highest paid in the country ahead of Heaslip but not much higher, which is what he was looking for two years ago.. so about 500-550k a year apparently

Former Ulster stalwart Isaac Boss clocks up 100 caps for Mexico this weekend, the first man to play 100 or more times for 2 provinces.

Fair play Isaac :thumleft:
