If you had done what Mr Haskell had done, outside the pub, you would be looking possible time inside......

Is it homophobic though to call someone a maggot if they are not homosexual ? Surely more an insult.

It's a slur that has no place in modern society IMO

What if you called them 'un maggot'?
Different cultures and languages have different meanings for words (even if they are technically the same word) and different subtexts for what is acceptable.

F aggots are a traditional dish in the UK, especially South and Mid Wales and the Midlands of England. It is made from meat off-cuts and offal, especially pork.
Main ingredients: pig's heart, liver, fatty belly meat or bacon

F aggot, often shortened to fag, is a pejorative term used chiefly in North America primarily to refer to a gay male. Alongside its use to refer to gay men in particular, it may also be used as a pejorative term for a "repellent male" or to refer to women who are lesbian. Its use has spread from the United States to varying extents elsewhere in the English-speaking world through mass culture, including film, music, and the Internet.
It may also be used as a generic insult, for example, "idiot", although more offensive in nature.

Ulster bp win we get a home qf. Simples.
Anything less and LR get a bp win we are away to either LR, Munster or scarlets (providing they beat Toulon, which I fancy them to do).
Depending on results we could be anything from 3rd seeds to 6th.
