Euro Draw 17/18

Post by Neill_M »

Might as well start this thread. Draw on June 8th. Confirmed sides in the different pots so far:

Pot 1 - None
Pot 2 - Mexicans, Sarries
Pot 3 - Ulster, Bath, Montpellier
Pot 4 - Castres, Quins, Glasgow, Treviso

So we can assume Castres or Quins as one opponent for Ulster and just to retain tradition probably Sarries as well

Could get a Pro 12 side from Pot 4, open draw at that point.

Saints/Stade to complete Pot 4.

Whoever we get some idiots will start talking about topping the group from the offset then how we are a shoe in to qualify.. before some reality sets in.

Saints v Stade for the 20th and last spot in the 17/18 Not the Heiny is live on Sky Sports 2 Fri night (7:45pm). Winner will complete the line-up for Pot 4 of the draw (Castres, Quins, Glasgow, Treviso).

I know I have a spare feck lying around somewhere but I buggered if I can find it. Now in serious planning for Spanish trips in July & August, the SDC can suck my bag.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Fecks not given who wins but more importantly when is the actual draw to I see if there is anywhere worth a trip.
