Those kind of places are OK to spend a short time in but if you live there for more than a year you are likely to contract hairy hand syndrome. Just make sure you always have yer exit planned and fool-proofed.

So some dick thought it was a good deal to get a couple of million back then and signed up to give 20% away in the future, they should have asked for 20% back then when they had real bargaining power.

We have a vested interest in seeing the game prosper in Wales (and Scotland) so I don't have an issue with this.
But then again, there's always Hollywood Accounting.

Aye they could play the games earmarked for Casement in Cardiff, both start with C so easy mistake to make :thumleft:

Bringing the RWC to Ireland is all about the development of GAA grounds in Ireland. If I seen benefit for a single rugby club in Ulster I might give more a feck than baggy does about the Lions tours.
Currently studying Stage 5 (level3) at IRFU

Be interesting to see where the training bases are

Assume one in Banbridge as it has some of the best facilities

Dumps like Ballynahinch will luckily miss out

Probably need 5-6 training grounds in Ulster
