Late Scottish try after the 80, job done, now just the NZ to come.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Quite a poor game, when McCall came on he had at least 2 wayward lineouts, gave a penalty away and didn't have that much energy about him. Arnold, Thompson and Dow played reasonably well, Scotland could have won it if they had taken any of their numerous chances. Thought we were the better side but not by much. Most noticeable players for me were the Scottish tight head and Ringrose, who sort of looks a bit BODesque without putting too much pressure on his shoulders. Just the way he glides and the strength he has for someone so thin.

NZ beat the Argies narrowly 32-29 but had a huge lead before conceding two late tries. Maybe some small measure of hope.

Scotland tighthead was Zander Fagerson who has already worked his way into the Glasgow set-up. He was brilliant today.

Adam McBurney been called up to the squad.

You would have to fear for them against the Baby Boks but let's hope they can put in a performance.

Garry Ringrose is alone worth the proverbial admission money and amidst the dross on Saturday, his early BOD-like acceleration for the first half try was superb.

16 minutes played against the Baby Blacks, Joey Carberry has just slotted a penalty to give us a 3-0 lead, but he missed two earlier efforts.

Ulster representatives: Jack Owens (right wing), Sam Arnold (inside centre), Jacob Stockdale (left wing), Alex Thompson (no. 5 lock), Lorcan Dow (number eight), Adam McBurney (substitute hooker) - Zack McCall was down to start at hooker but withdrew earlier today with a shoulder injury

16 minutes gone and been more than holding their own

Baby Greens 3 - 0 Baby Blacks

Having said that just seen a scrum where the Irish front row was lifted in its entirety into the air when the blacks got a shove on,

Looked ominous!

Sam Arnold very prominent

Made 3 good breaks now and crossed the gainline each time but just been held by second tackler each time so couldn't make the break "clean".

Managed to lay back for second phase though and hopefully only a matter of time before he goes clean through to make significant yardage or better.

half an hour gone - pen to NZ

Kindergarden Greens 3 - 8 Baby Blacks

most of the play in Blacks half, but no reward on the board.

Blacks been in our half twice and come away with points each time.
