Its FREE admission ( Ulster Rugby take note). At least 4 of us should be there by 12.30pm for an afternoon of picnic hamper and fine wines, cheeses and strawberries and cream. No.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Re: Cricket season
Pints were very reasonable at approx. £3 and Sri Lanka won but there's always tomorrow's game for a win. But unfortunately I will be at work. Weather was good and cricket was reasonably entertaining.

Re: Cricket season
Great to see the aussies being well and truly put to the sword today. Their batting bar the top 3 has been pretty hopeless all series. The only times they have made any runs was when the top 3 scored a sackload at Lords to make things easy for them. England's batting is not great either, but Root plus the lower order have saved them on a few occasions.
Would like to see england really pile the runs on tomorrow and then have another real go at them.

Moeen will once again score runs
Re: Cricket season
Reckon it will be hard work for england in the aussie 2nd innings but with that sort of lead it should be enough. Pitch still looks decent and if the aussies can survive Broad's opening spell it should be much easier for them.

Re: Cricket season
The Aussies need a reverse of Headingly '81 - score nearly 500 in the 2nd innings and then bowl England out for around 150.Bart S wrote:Reckon it will be hard work for england in the aussie 2nd innings but with that sort of lead it should be enough.
