No idea, what is the next in the series?Russ wrote:Should we sign Canada's rugby 7s star Hirayama
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

No idea, I take as much as no stock in sevens, a waste of any rugby mans time, its more athletics than rugby.Russ wrote:Well the Kiwis are playing RSA nowBaggyTrousers wrote:No idea, what is the next in the series?Russ wrote:Should we sign Canada's rugby 7s star Hirayama

Lovely guy and I think went to Queens for a time or had friends there, some better out halves in Q1

I would take stock of tiddlywinks if we were any good at it.
I got a bit of flack from a few English mates as to why we hadn`t bothered entering a NI side 7s team which I bumbled on about not having an affliated RFU for NI, which I think is right unless someone can tell me otherwise..
So my question would be, who would have been our starting sevens team?
Remember no Tommy Bowe as he is not born in NI but then again could he as he might qualify through residency like Payne.
Make that two questions then.

The Empire games are one steaming pile of keek in any case.

Didn`t know that Merve as I always thought he was born in Monaghan.
I`ve learnt something already on this thread cheers!
Sunburt knees- speaking from experience as a pasty skinned Ulsterman with a melting point of 35 degrees c, I would recommend `aloe vera`, who used to sponsor me during summer months.
Preventing knees and elbows from getting grazes and cuts on hard pitches- Vaseline.
Wish someone had told me that at the start of my playing days.
Would have saved me a lot of pain and bed sheets as well as a touch of septicemia.

Re: Serious Questions
Tommy was indeed born in Craigavon, his mother worked there at the time, well she wasn't actually working the day she had him !

Cue the outcry of all the weemen (who may or may not actually be wee) telling us that childbirth is hard work!Rooster wrote:Tommy was indeed born in Craigavon, his mother worked there at the time, well she wasn't actually working the day she had him !
Tommy also attended school at Armagh Royal.

You are a desperate man Jizzbeg, I refuse to acknowledge 7s or for that matter, "5 tackles & a kick" as rugby.
Adjudication made, further discussion pointless.
P.S.Jizzer, one doesn't have "English Mates", one has "English acquaintances who are, surprisingly, not unpleasant company".
Furthermore the correct reply to their attempts at "banter" should have been, "none of your business Sassenach", in making a bumbling rely you are a disgrace to your province.
Man the feck up Jizzbeg or some higher power will ban you from international conversations with your, "English acquaintances who are, surprisingly, not unpleasant company"

All that is necessary for this affliction is a stiff upper lip Russ. Man up time, alternatively a former poster here, LastNight might slip you a tincture of Tighten Up syrup.Russ wrote:Thoroughly enjoyed yesterdays rugby 7s

I liked LastNight, wonder where he is now?
