Railways For The Poster Previously Known As Holywoodmike

Post by colinh »

The first one is the railway on the border between Austria and Germany:

And the second one is the train station at Ausberg in Germany taken from our hotel room. Mike you would have died for this view.

Damn - initially thought the first photo was a very imaginative artists impression of the proposed branch line to the new Maze Stadium.

This is starting to get very scary.

Colinh, I hope they didn't charge extra for a room with a view?

Heck they did but the better view was of the park on the other side but we managed to get it as well for the price of the poor view, although the poster formerly know as HolywoodMike might prefer this one. A room the size of Ravenhill, 2 balconies and floor to ceiling glass on one side for 80 euros. Sue you could not beat it.
