URSC News for Treviso Match

To hear more about URSC; buy Big Ballot tickets; sign up for the buses to Leinster; and to collect your Stand Up magazine come along to the URSC information point under the Memorial Stand – accessed via the Line Out bar. We’ll be there from gates opening!

#URSC2013 URSC are aiming for 1200+ members this season.....and so far over 960 have signed up! A new black badge, a new round car sticker and, for the first time a season ticket (or bus pass!) lanyard – all this plus discounted away travel, meet the players nights, ticket priority for big matches, entry into the “right to buy” Ireland international ticket members only ballot. All this for £10 (kids £5)
Sign up at the URSC information desk under the Memorial Stand tonight or PayPal at http://www.ursc.co

Please note that the cut off for entry into the “right to buy” Ireland 6 Nations international ticket members only ballot is today Saturday 7 December at the Treviso H Cup match. Those who join URSC after today will not be eligible.

STAND UP – the latest edition of Stand Up is ready for collection at the URSC Info Point. Reports on the Meet the Players Nights; interviews with Chad Henry, Sarah Sherry and URSC Bursary winner Angelo Marica; great competitions, including the chance to win a trip to the Leicester H Cup game.

URSC PLAYER OF THE MONTH: September & October is…..Jared Payne! Jared’s silky running, safe catching and deft kicking made him a clear winner of the first award of the season. It was also good news for URSC member Kevin Jefferies from Belfast, who was drawn out of the hat from those who voted for Jared and won himself a pair of tickets to Ireland v Samoa! URSC Committee member David Halleren presented Jared with his trophy during the week.

BIG BALLOT – tickets £1 each from the URSC information point on match nights. All proceeds go towards funding the annual URSC Jack Kyle Bursary. As you will be aware Angelo Marica is this season’s Bursary recipient and Angelo came along to the URSC information point at the Edinburgh match to meet everyone.

TRAVEL: URSC are running buses to the Leinster v Ulster match on 28 December. Cost is £20 for members (£25 for non members), children £10. Buses will leave Montgomery Road at 2pm and will return around 9pm after the match, arriving in Belfast around 11pm. There are already excellent numbers travelling…book now. Match tickets available from Leinster Rugby via Ticketmaster.

An Ulster player will be at the URSC Info Point on match nights. At the Edinburgh match, Ireland international Chris Henry was a popular target for autograph hunters and photographers. Come along to see who is there at the Treviso match.
