Trimble looked like a possible concussion. He put in a fecking massive tackle on Brits and then came off. He was walked down to the tunnel and just looked dazed. Came out about 10mins later a little more alert.

Didn't Hogg get two weeks for deliberately jumping up and sticking his elbow in the face of Biggar?
Hogg got a 3 week ban.

The lower end ban for a "player in the air" offence is 4 weeks, so I think Payne will get 3 based upon previous good record, being contrite etc.

Good performance
The majority of the singing

Ref worst display I have seen in along time, this guy should never be allowed to ref at this level
Payne red card
The bar- queues took forever, I only seen one bottle seller and he spent most of his time telling people why he was out of bottles rather than just going and getting more.
The number of people in the memorial end before the game, queuing for the bars, food, and trying to move around, a crowd crush waiting to happen, I think they need to sort out the access to the stadium
The crowd were a bit football thuggish at times

Agree with everything Against said :(

It was great to be in the new stand surrounded by a lot of faces we knew but having to run down 3 flights of stairs to go to the loo was plain daft. I don't know if there are going to be more toilets provided at the top of the stand?? They are needed IMO.

And the bars run out of draught beer before the 60 min mark, big fail. Better looking at it than looking for it! Sort it Heineken!

It's going to take a long time to get over last nights match, I can't even bring myself to watch it back, gutted doesn't even come close :(

Depends very much on the severity of the injuries and the length of Payne's ban. Can't see him missing less than 3 weeks, but they will play the sad story of his punishment to date being adequate after what happened and he might just appeal to the panels' better nature.

Positives:

Today I'm wearing my Ulster Jersey with Total Pride.... salute to all 23. Emotions are in turmoil- hugely disappointed, feel hollow and robbed, but f*ckin hell, did we go down fightin. Rorke's Drift, 36th Ulster Division etc.. all over again.

McCall's response to the Red. I wonder when his contract's up...? >EW :stir: and did he have a word with Ashton at half time re show boating? If nothing but astute, anyone with common sense would realise that shyte was only going to inspire Ulster to greater heights, and put it up that shower.

Ashton- what a F*ckin W*nker, but suggest his "d*ck splash" wound up the crowd and team to our "advantage?"

Farrell: he bottled it- crowd must take a bow for at least some of that. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy...

In fairness, thought Borthwick conducted himself with a bit of dignity, and was no way influential in the Red.

Can't agree with criticism in general of Sarries, Vunipola etc.. as we would expect the same of ours. Ashton is the only exception.

Ditto, their 3-400 fans "army" who made it over were fine.

Negatives:

Being beaten by a Plastic club in that manner.

Ashton- no more to be said. A Tw*t of the darkest water. Salute to Lancaster who seems to want him nowhere near England, and you can see why...

Sorry for this but it's how I feel..... that we didn't put more of theirs on the Physio's table before the Clermont match.. Rugby will be poorer if this Corporate Whore of a club win the HEC... they must look at our support and beagle....

Positive
The did amazing and they put in the performance of a lifetime and in doing so should be proud of themselves and so should us fans.
New stadium looks great and fans were fantastic.

Negative
Jareds red
Ruans injurey, did they target him and was he brought back to early?
Rory injured. Didnt see what exactly happened.
The bar and toilet queues. Absolute joke and UR need to sort that out straight away.
Ashtons first try right in the corner a few metres in front of me.
I didn,t see the replay of the game but watching live on tv it seemed to me at one moment that one of Sarries( Burger?) intentionally targeted Ruan,s right arm he hunted him to pull his arm . Maybe I am biased but if this is true ...

Good to see ex-UAFC poster Dermore join the same Vichy regime as Garces over on Saracens fans... they can't understand the reaction last night... holier than thou..

For our crowd to be called a disgrace to rugby shows a distinct lack of self-awareness.. the irony.. almost a back handed compliment.

No sarries supporters will ever have been to france where silence doesnt exist for kicks. But sure all french fans are a disgrace too.

Funny I thought that Tommy looked a bit off the boil, massive effort but a few dropped balls, and he has definitely lost a bit of pace.

no doubting his commitment tho :salut:

CI, you mustn't have seen Vunipola's outrageous behaviour towards the East Terrace at the end of the match. Was far worse than that eejit Ashton and his swan diving.

Wish someone had the wit in this day and age to use their phone and video these things so they could use the social media like others do... Ashton is a banker not only his dive but the reaction of him and others immediately afterwards to the fans .. If they want to behave like footballers goading opposition supporters then they can expect the same in return. Check Ashton's face after Piennars kick going straight into touch he laughed !!

Saracens armchair fans on Facebook saying we're a disgrace for booing. You're a complete joke of a club. To only bring 200-400 fans to Belfast. Last year we brought well over 5,000 to Twickers.
