Back at Ravenhill and as The Don promised ,they have put a world class kitchen in , well what would you expect in a world class Stadium, I even got a pay rise and now moved into Willowbook House closer to work.

Last week, was my first week back , I arrived into my new kitchen to find some bint from a catering company making coffee in a teapot, shocking , good job they don't pour pints or they would come in a goblet. The Don was glad to have me back and even said he would bend over backwards to help me settle back in. Looking forward to all the new faces.

NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Good Morning, place a bit of a tizzy this morning, most of the office staff have sore heads from the awards dinner and all look a bit rough, I must have been the only member of staff not invited, maybe next year I will feel valued. Anyways boys are already in the Gym, Mark is looking a bit hungover but then he always does after a weekend on the Reds, at least he is in.

The cleaners are in early today getting the corporate stand nice and clean for some Press conference. I wonder when they are going to announce the naming of the new stands

Had to go to Makro first thing, to buy a big box of Tunnocks Caramel Wafers. Tea and Biscuit meeting at 5, i normally find if its a tea and biscuit meeting then things are good, if no tea or biscuits, then someone is in for a bad day.

is that the young man who thinks he is the next Paddy Keilty, I don't think he is as dumb as he looks, must have had a hard time in 4th year. I heard potty mouth Doak calling him a kneb jockey or something like that. Away to get the kettle on.

Wise up, she just got a few bottles of rusty water down in the shipyard

Or are the "big" names big as in "well known" or big as in "long" names.

Names, eh?

Contrary to some press speculation I have not thrown my lot in with "he who shall never be named " and moved to the bright lights of Gloucester , I have just purchased a nice 2 bedroom apartment in the Cregagh estate with my wee budgie Alan, very must settled back at Ulster and I am here for ever , along with Mr Logan .

He who should not be named came in this morning and said "Ethel, the usual please and no sugar" I could not find 30 pieces of silver but left 30 mint yo yos on his desk. I think he got the message as he didn't drink his green tea.
