MCB are not in the running this year for me unless they can field a full uninjured squad in particular their captain (8) Zac Jordan who gives them tries and go forward ball. It is a close call but that's the beauty of the schools cup.
Without doubt CCB are 'favourites'...think Wallace last year...

...however it doesn't always work like that...

This week RBAI go away and beat PBC 10-17 and Ballymena go to Dublin and get hoked by Blackrock, following on from the defeat by Wallace last week...so what next?

There are 6 teams who can win this cup...I know who my money is on...

Latest odds from Patrick Power as of 16/1/16...in brackets odds on 14/1/16...

Bit of MCB punting by the looks of it...

CCB 5/4 (6/5)
RBAI 13/8 (7/4)
Ballymena 5/1 (5/1)
CAI 7/1 (6/1)
MCB 8/1 (20/1)
Wallace 9/1 (9/1)
Rainey 10/1 (10/1)
Ballyclare 33/1 (33/1)
Sullivan 50/1 (50/1)

Wallace have stepped up a gear in recent weeks so worth a punt. Good win for MCB away in Dublin yesterday against CBC 24 v 7. Campbell have had a great season but it's knockout time. MCB are now injury free , Wallace have beaten RBAI, Ballymena and were unlucky at Foxes Field so who knows? Coleraine are going to cause an upset against one of the aforementioned sides as they have had a great season with a great pack and defence. Its crunch time and in MY opinion there is no clear front runner anymore.

MCB were at home against CBC Monkstown who I'm pretty sure lost to St Gerard's in first round of Leinster schools cup. CBC Monkstown are tier 2 school down south but a wins a win.

Hold on a minute...CBC Monkstown are hotly tipped by Paddy Power to win the Leinster Senior Schools Cup...at 50/1 :duh: >clapping

Not getting to any games anymore due to work relocation and I miss the banter but from what I have seen early season I expect it will be a close run contest come ST Paddys day... Good luck to all the sides.., soft spot for Coleraine but not this year but they are heading in the right direction
