Totally laughable about many of the responses here...ignorance is bliss. The 'gym bunnies' are under the control of Ulster Rugby and have been for the last 3 years...If you don't know sh*t then don't comment.

What I mean is it's naïve for people to think that UR don't have 'their players' under a controlled programme...

Opening rounds of cup made. Any more thoughts on cups now most of the meaningless friendlies have been played and teams are closer to playing their only competitive games of the year?

I thought we decreed that the schools cup was meaningless twaddle given the over exertion of Inst, Methody and Campbell?
