Incredible that Lowry was not included in the original squad, fairy decent performance in the first 40 at 15.

He's full of guts. Took down their big islander no 14 who bumped off Hume on the other wing.

Lowry was our best back, Hume had moments but isn't quite convincing right now, Agnew had a solid first half, Dunleavy was a bit meh, Stewart got a good try but overall still doesn't look mind-blowing.

Ireland were looking comfortable at half time but then slipped away in the second half. They started well but often players were trying to take too much on themselves IMO instead of taking the sensible option and passing. Fairly high amount of tackles which were ineffective or non-existent which didn’t help matters.

Stewart played about 70 minutes scoring one try and generally playing well. Lowry and Hume both played the full 80 with Lowry showing particularly well and Hume playing alright. Agnew and Dunleavy both played 40 each with both playing fairy well, Dunleavy won a crucial turnover on the line. For someone who hasn’t played in a while given he was a late call up Lowry stood out immediately, both in attack and when defending.

Let me get this straight, our best back was Michael Lowry playing out of position?

Correct!
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!
