very interesting - he was always quick in a straight line, but yes he always seemed a bit slow off the mark in the early days.

Speaking of JD, has anyone seen or heard anything about Tom Clough he seems to be keeping a very low profile... The only thing I have heard is that he wasn't that well thought of - although that was from a mate of JD's who raved about JD :D so in fairness probably not entirely impartial

What did he do?

A 2 game ban or less would be no loss to Ulster anyway. More likely to be fit for the crucial games in fact.

A neck roll that turned into a DDT. A six week ban and he will miss the quarter final.

Was looked at by the tmo at the time and a penalty given if I remember. Was no more than a yellow at absolute best so cant expect a ban.

I've just watched the game - if I was the coach, I'd be fairly pleased.

Murphy did more than hendo to cause the fall. Hendo releases the player before he hits the ground.

Releasing him before he hits the ground maybe part of the problem, it's Hendersons responsibility to ensure the player lands safely having lifted him.

Holding on would have meant driving his head into the ground.

Referring to the players leg. The head Henderson didn't release.
