A little lost in translation, he may not be seeing out his contract but not being honorable is far from the mark.
When read in french rather than google translate it comes across as mutual consent.

Rugby Pass reporting we are signing centre Hayden Hyde from Harlequins. He is Irish qualified as he is an Ireland U19 international.
