Luke is a quality replacement just would of liked to see him with a couple of games under belt.

It’s a huge loss actually.

My fear is that it’s not just for next week or the rest of the season.
Yeah, it sounded a bit flippant. What I meant was in a one off game I would back Lowry to spark something more so than Louis. It looked a painful bang to the knee, but the way the physio manipulated it I dont think it was ligament damage. Still a major doubt for next week.

He would also be our best 10 if he was in the current squad.

Belated congrats to John Cooney and Michael lowry on their U-20 Grand Slam last weekend! :duck:

Knew that Kernohan had been involved, but hadn't realised that John and Michael had been there too. >EW
You sure about Cooney? he's not a kick in the Brennan off 30.
There's not much gets past you Soda ... only sarcasm.

The red was rescinded. No act of foul play when Bobby B got his teeth rattled.

“The position of the Player’s (Kruger) head at the time of collision is entirely consistent with his evidence that [Baloucoune] slipped and fell into him. [Kruger] stood his ground but had turned to watch the flight of the ball which had been offloaded by [Baloucoune]. [Kruger] made no attempt to effect a tackle or indeed to interact with [Baloucoune] in any way. [Baloucoune] clearly loses his footing after the offload, slips and falls into the [Kruger]. This is corroborated by the statement of [Baloucoune],” read the decision from the Guinness PRO14 Disciplinary Committee.

“In the view of the Committee, this was a rugby collision which did not involve any act of foul play by [Kruger]. The Committee was unable to identify anything done by [Kruger] that either amounted to a contravention of the laws of the game, or contributed to the collision – other than standing his ground, which he was entitled to do.

“In these circumstances, the red card is rescinded.”
