Ditto re the disc injuries, but what is this rehab you talk of?

Just do the drugs* like wot I does and there's no need to freak out. :drunken:

ha ha yeah the good stuff, after one prolapse I spent a week zoned out on diazepam and high dose co-codomol. But you need to get your ass down to Pilates! My biggest piece of advice to my younger self (after sharing some sports results to set myself up from gambling wins) would be to go to Pilates once a week from age 20...

My problem is if I get my ass down to anywhere, never mind pilates, I might never get it back up again.

Unfortunately I have moved on (up) from high dose codeine and dihydrocodeine.

They say life's a joke and death is the punchline. Not sure it's quite right.

Staying fit was his problem before he came here and it looks like it has followed him here..

There is a difference Addison would be expected to be playing unfortunately Cave would only play if .

I said before to retire was his decision — possibly based on the fact his salary could be reduced and the fact he knows or has been told his position in the pecking order — the time and effort to stay fit didn’t seem worth it .

After Edinburgh game:

Marty Moore suffered a season-ending ankle ligament injury in the fixture. He will see a specialist later this week. Jacob Stockdale sustained a hamstring injury in the same game. His recovery will be monitored on an ongoing basis.

It's always nice to have at least one key player's fitness to sweat over prior to a big game.

It’s the Ulsterway. It gives us something to talk about other than the price of heffers, diesel and the weather.

According to big Dan, Rory should be fit for the QFs. Stockdale remains very much a concern.

"Unfortunate news for Gareth Milasinovich, who sustained an ACL tear in training.

Gareth has been scheduled for surgery to have this repaired and he will be sidelined for approximately nine months."
