Watching the Brumbies v Blues today, one of the commentators mentioned that Lealiifano was out of contract at the end of the season and had offers from the Brumbies, France, Japan and Ireland on the table. I'm guessing it's Ulster who have offered him a contract.

Above From Leinster Fans Forum
Possibly.

Andy Friend out west talked about an NIQ coming in, but dunno if that'd be a 10/12 when Connacht have Carty/Aki there already.

If you were the IRFU right now, you would be looking at giving Carty, Carbery and Ross Byrne every opportunity to come through and be the next irish 10. Signing Lealifano for any of these teams makes little sense unless he is going to be mainly a 12 and even then, they all have some decent players there already.

I may well have missed it, but did young Baloucoune get awarded a full contract?

Unless that shoulder makes him retire I suspect so. There's a dearth of talent at 7 coming through though McCann has been playing there a good bit for Banbridge.

I really home Agnew can make a big comeback as well, dire season for him.

I don't really know other than I believe a bad enough injury or possibly set of injuries. Form off a cliff though it seems after what was an outstanding year before.

Shame we could do with a traditional 7, he looked very good last year.
