I'm in the middle of a second hand copy of three stories by Raymond Chandler. What a fantastic way with words! Can't help reading Philip Marlowe's speches in a Humphrey Bogart accent.

Just finished Willie Anderson's book Crossing the Line brilliantly and naturally written warts and all, what a character big Willie is brings back pleasant memories of the days before all the "new" rules and prohibitions. Hope he has a happy and long retirement he certainly has my best wishes, will be a big loss to the Ulster Rugby set up at Ravenhill/Kingspan

Read Haskill's book "what A Flanker". It was a decent read some funny parts and some interesting background.

Thought Joe Marlers book was quite interesting. Less of a fan of Haskells though not terrible. Andre Agassi’s book is definitely worth a read.
