Looks to be the RDS, but ulster appealing decision. I would say the French are very reluctant to play in Belfast.

Any French fans who have paid for flights and accomodation in Belfast will not be impressed.

Over the years I've come across lots of French who think the most convenient airport for Ulster matches is Dublin and many fly in there anyway, so just hotels to moan about if it's at OurDS.
