Yep unbelievable …. UR sat on this for best part of the year then tried to rush proposal through without any environment consideration… no biodiversity checks despite being a requirement by NIEA then no wonder they query it… chemical discharge into the Loop River which would damage the aquatic life along it queried by the statutory body responsible no wonder it was halted..

Then there is the fact that the rubber infill they intend to use was banned by the EU in April this year… they were asked about using an alternative and they said no …

Arrogant or what to submit an application with more gaps than our defence

He probably voted for Brexit.
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

Maybe if you guys knew so much about planning then you should offer your expertise to the planners employed by the ulster branch instead of sitting on your arses and being know it alls?

Just a thought?

It’s easy being correct in hindsight.

Agreed. Who's up for a Wagner style march on the kingspan to tell them all how incompetent they are?

Of course we are Brennan sitting know it alls, with the benefit of hindsight….it’s a fans forum, it’s what its designed for. Yes, yes I know there is little consensus on URs best centre combo on this forum, but genuinely 90% of this us would’ve had the pitch laid and ready to go by last Friday, with zero impact on the local bio diversity.

If we’re doing a Wagner March, I’ll happily drive the sturgeon battle bus off her mother in laws drive, there’ll have to be strict rules over the toilet….no 1s only. The amount of crap out of peoples mouths on this forum, Christ only knows what their arses would be capable of, I don’t think the onboard Chemical toilet could handle it.

It’s UR, sure if a project run absolutely smoothly Id be terrified…look on the bright side, if the pitch is shagged we might be forced to play a kicking 10. 😂
