The Racing team is serious.

Spring, Arundell, Fickle, Chancy, Imhoff, Gibert, le Garrec, Kolingar, Tarrit, Nyakane, Chouzenoux, Rowlands, Woki, Kolisi, Lauret

Ben Arous, Gogichashvili, Santonine, Diallo, Bandone, Tedder, Tabuavou

Woki, Kolisi and Lauret will eat our back row alive. Matty Rea.

That's genuinely hilarious.

Tbf the rest of the team is grand. Sheridan should be ahead of AOC. Wouldn't have started Lowry. And obviously Matty shouldnt be within an Brennan's roar of the team.

Burns to get injured after 5 minutes and then limp around
the pitch for the rest of the game.

Will never please everyone but Rea should be a use as an absolute last resort when all other options have been exhausted. Moore was one of the only shining lights from last week and gets dropped. Sheridan still benching! Understand Dan probably wants impact subs but I'd rather get 60 mins out of Sheridan rather than AOC.

Ulster one point favourites with Paddy Power, interesting to say the least....

The odds have shifted marginally since the teams were announced.

Both sides were 10-11 to win outright but Racing have now drifted to evens, with the bookies presumably being swayed by the prospect of Matty putting in a big shift fresh from his limited time on the field last week.

Are McNabney and McGloughlin injured? Rather have either of these two than M Rea.

M. Rea at 8 ffs..... :banghead:

DF looking to flame 🔥 out like Cowboy hopefully. It's going to be a long night. Wither 2m Pete and Robbie Diack...

And where's Addison?

Addison and Luke Marshall are, and have been for some considerable time, a waste of wages. They're both great players when fit and well but that happens rarely.

We all want to see form being rewarded.

Matty Rea's form has been consistent.....

There is no doubt in my mind Bryn has a 3 year contract extension lined up for Addison, which the Ulster Are Brill crowd will lap up because he was good 3 years and 4 injuries ago.

Addison got his brain scrambled against Edinburgh and it’s not really surprising he’s out for more than one game.

Rea wearing a shirt with a number any lower than 16 on it is likely to cause concern in some quarters but I wouldn’t get too fixated on the 8 aspect of it.

Timoney or Ewers tend to crop up at the back of a scrum as the situation demands, irrespective of shirt number, and that will presumably continue tomorrow night.
