That would surely be too harsh for anything but the firmest of evidence - the availability of which would seem to be doubtful.

I just wish they would hurry up and issue a statement on it. I'm sure it will make very interesting reading

So true Wee Woman.

The independent Disciplinary Committee will be appointed as soon as is practicable.

What have they been doing for the last 6 weeks!!! This is beyond rediculous. Thoughts are with all concerned, just hope the team can concentrate fully with the rugby. :(

When is that likely to be - it's a very sweeping statement - not good enough really :x

So poor I had to say it twice it seems - d'oh!

Matt doesn't deserve this and the foot dragging going on by ERC makes it all the bloomin worse. The longer this goes on, the longer the mud will stick on Matt and on Ulster Rugby.

Won't be at the match this weekend (work commitments) but would be grateful if you guys could give big Matt an extra Ulster roar from the Wee Woman (& her hubby who also won't be there).

Cheers

Perhaps UR should now cite and complain about every opponent who swears during the course of a game. Am I the only one who is worried that the ERC will do all it can to lick up to the English clubs who, after all, have threatened to leave the competition?

You may well be right Gary - but I sincerely hope you are wrong. That would be a complete mockery of the entire Heiny and all that it and we stand for.

This beggars belief.

Matt has been under a shadow since BS made his allegations. All the evidence has been submitted and as a result of the deliberation on the evidence the ERC disciplinary committee decides that it has to form an independent discimplinary committe to study the evidence it has already studied.

AND there is still no resolution nor even a timetable for a resolution.

All the whille and with every delay a little more mud sticks to Matt. If he is found not to have racially abused Armitage will he ever actually be free of the allegation?
