Have to say that I would be disappointed if it is Kukri. UR should be dealing with the really major players in the sportswear industry.

I remember in the mid eighties when West Ham were with adidas they moved to "Scoreline" (remember them?....No...no one does!). Whilst, interestingly, Scoreline jerseys were made in NI, inevitably the deal lasted only two years, the kit was cr*p and Scoreline went bust.

Hopefully whoever the new manufacturer is they will not go down the round neck footie jersey route (like Toulouse - Nike, Glasgow - Kooga, Biarritz - Puma etc)

Anyway no doubt whatever they come up with mugs like me will buy one (I have ten Ulster shirts already - any advance....?)
If only everyone had Neil McMillan's dedication....

Kukri is ok stuff, just look at the Worcester shirt. It aint half bad, but can't compare to CCC. Be good to get nike or adidas then take after the french teams pink fascination

seemed to be a pretty 'open secret' at the recent URSC evening at Madison's, although have to confess I'd not heard of the deal.

Kukri was the name mentioned.

As long as they can do sponsor's logos that don't come off in the wash

I have one of the Ulster Development tops, as modelled in the beer tent. Kukri product and industrial strength! The Canterbury jersey is a big girls blouse in comparison.
