- Ulster's best performance since the 1st half at the RDS was the one time when there was little to no expectation of a win. Sale at home is different. Can they handle it mentally?

- Ulster's attacking game has regressed in recent week. Countless incursions into the 22 yielding nothing and not able to make big line breaks further out. Will this improve?
Sounds like my sex life.
Could Dave Ewers help with this? Great ball carrier. He loves a latch, apparently.
And if still no improvement then I'm afraid you'll just have to speak to Stu McCloskey about how to choke tackle

if it does, time to bury a few people under it
But.................Thaw forecast for Friday am.
Soon enough?!!!!

Manchester airport severely disrupted departures ( closed for 2 hours this morning) .........will Sale get here? Will they leave early?

This is more exciting than the match might be!!

Unsure if you are being serious, but he did tweet earlier today that the pitch is soft and good to go.

Correct. When yiu have a chance to field a 16th man, it should be grabbed in both hands.

Crowds at ravers in recent years seem to be still in Covid mode when we were asked not to sing or shout.

Any truth in the rumour that Petrie has asked Sir Andy Murray to do the pre-match talk (by video at 4am or whatever if necessary) about playing to the very end - the very last minute, not the penultimate minute and the importance of it being us that scores the last point, not the opposition?

While Andy is still pretty handy with a tennis bat I'm not sure motivational speaking is his forte

That was lost in translation.

He actually said Sam Carter is soft and good to go

Maybe someone should try and sell it to me. At the minute, I'm not sure I can be asred.

Would UR squad absorb such a complex proposition?
