Several players need to NOT be recontracted, local, IQ, or not - out the door. The market will be flooded post WC. Too much nepotism at UR, and recontracting of poor players. Whether 3/4 choice or not…..low level players Aren’t going to push standards or drive young players.
The market may be flooded post WC but we can still only sign three non Irish qualified players, a fourth NIQ potentially as a medical joker.

No player should be regularly late for training.
Shows a serious attitude problem.

Yep, no employer would tolerate that.

If he was working in a factory and continually late for his shift there would only be one outcome.

If he's arriving late, he's arriving unprepared.

Pity there wasn't a factory to make rugby players.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Maybe Kingspan could reconfigure their factory to make rugby players.

But then they would be Leinster's.

I'm a loyalist, so anything south of portadown is Leinster.

Ben Healy's off to Edinburgh next season. Can't say I blame him when Ireland have passed over him for Crowley.

How bad do things need to get before our new IQ is announced?

Are we waiting until we lose the rest of this block?

Hardly worth his fuel bill coming up here to get a handful of minutes.
God knows what kind of report he’ll give Munster about the state of UR.
If we weren’t a laughing stock, we will be.

Yep Murray Kinsella reporting it, cannot blame Flannery, he's been given no opportunity here (we've wasted his time), seems Munster deem him good enough.

Madigan in last year of contract.

That leaves us with Burns as only specialist out half. Humphreys in Academy.

Beauden Barrett still looking for a 2-year deal after the world Cup. Would fill the gap nicely.
