Bit quiet on the injury front but I reckon Louis will be back in October.Dave wrote:With Luke and Ludik out for a considerable amount of time I think we will have to sign someone. Hopefully of decent quality. We have plenty of forwards in the academy coming through but not as many outside backs.Bart S wrote:Given how late it is now to get someone, plus the likelihood that whiever would want a 2 year deal, i would be wary of signing a NIQ for next season, unless they were a) top quality or b)likely to acceot a one year deal.Dave wrote:We could do with an NIQ of some kind. Probably not allowed a centre now because of Leinster.
Plenty of players will become available for next season post the rwc and given we are not going to rip up any tress next season, i would rather wait and give some young guns a chance than be desperate to fill the spot for next season.
I would take a more modest irish qualified player who could add some depth and experience if they were available, as we do lack depth.
Would also allow our new coach to decide whom he would like to target.
Next season we will have Deysel and Hond out the door. Marcell will have to prove his fitness.

Not telling but I certainly haven’t examined him.Dave wrote:Are you a doctor?justinr73 wrote: Bit quiet on the injury front but I reckon Louis will be back in October.
From the minimal data we have, it sounds like a similar injury to the ones that kept both Cunningham and Maguire out for four months at PNE this season.
About the same for CH at Leinster too a while back.

Basteraud calls an opponent a f**king phaggot on live TV in a game broadcast world wide. Made national captain.

Ronaldo has been celebrated worldwide for his hatrick on the same day he received a two year suspended sentence for tax evasion to the tune of 18 million quid.
Trying to steal 18 million quid is fine. Just don't write about spit on a private encrypted messaging service.

Aye but it’s a rite of passage for any half decent Real or Barca player.
Did he dodge more than Messi?

Ronaldo had about twice that of Messi. Messi's admitted he was to blame.justinr73 wrote:Aye but it’s a rite of passage for any half decent Real or Barca player.

As with Basteraud, it's because they are not white.
