How does that work? Does the number of STs not exceed our allocation fir this one
Could be first come first served. Once total number sold all others are blocked from buying

Happy enough with that. Seems like the fairest way to do it.

After Ulster Rugby's bonus point defeat against Leinster at Ravenhill, Ulster Rugby have a guaranteed 4th place finish in the RaboDirect PRO12 League and have qualified for an away Play-Off against either Leinster or Glasgow Warriors on the weekend of the 16th and 17th May. There will be two priority booking periods for match tickets for the away RaboDirect PRO12 Play-Off before tickets go on general sale.

1st Priority is for current 2013-14 Season Ticket Holders, their priority booking period will open from 10.00 on Monday 12th May and will end at 20.00 on Monday 12th May.

2nd Priority is for all new 2014-15 Season Ticket Holders, their priority booking period will open from 13.00 on Monday 13th May and will end at 20.00 on Monday 12th May.

Remaining tickets will go on general sale on Tuesday 13th May.
All current & new Season Ticket holders will receive an email on Saturday following the Munster v Ulster match (kick off 18.30) with the steps on how to purchase their RaboDirect PRO12 Play-Off match ticket(s) and confirmation of Ulster's opponent.
Ulster Rugby are entitled to 25% of each priced category for this play off fixture.

So are we to presume ST holders may only buy one ticket? Or if you're a ST holder who has renewed, can you buy two?

Wouldn't think so - Priority period 2 is for NEW season ticket buyers, not REnewING season ticket holders.
I'm not arguing -
I'm just explaining why I'm right

Plus existing ST holders only get 3 hours before the newbies get a bite of the cherry

Not sure but if you think it might happen, Spreadex are offering 500/1 on Munster topping the table.

Glasgow 14/1
Leinster 1/100

Look at Ducky's post again. Either the day or the date for second tranche is wrong. Would hope that second tranche actually starts on Tuesday.

Noticed that Scanner - assumed there was a typo and should have been Monday 12th in both instances for the New ST holders. If the second tranche were to be Tuesday it would mean there are at least 3 typos i.e. New ST holders should have been Tuesday 13th and general sale Wed 14th - hopefully someone at UR will notice and re-issue e-mail to clarify.

Or

Is that a guess, or has it been confirmed anywhere?

Has to be a guess as the top 2 are still perm any 2 from 3, unlikely as it is that the current order will change.

I rang Ulster Rugby today and asked that, if Ulster were to be playing Leinster at the RDS, was it more likely to be on the Friday or Saturday. They told me that the decision wouldn't be made until Saturday night. I find that hard to believe, given that there are only two options and that there isn't much time to get the ball rolling.
