One player that plays at Racing, has international caps and plays lock and backrow for that matter comes to mind.
He's not a NZ or SA national.
His former teams were the BC and BB - lots of B's in there including his first initial.
Do France pick players who play outside of the T14?

Just to put the cat amongst the pigeons. Not sure KOTH stated all those clues refer to the same signing? Though most appear to.
