Doak looks like a player who could easily slot into Ulster's first choice 23 next season.

Is it wrong to have a man crush on a 19 year old?

So much about Doak to be impressed with, he is a pretty good athlete, was good under the high ball, pass was decent, decision making very good, great length on his kicks, very competitive, and even really fit. Needs to be fast tracked whenever possible to get first team experience.

He has only wee dave in his way to a regular match day squad appearance. He is silky smooth. Great kicker to boot.

McKee performed well at scrum half last week also. Lest we forget.

Just watched the replay- Doak is some player- pure quality there, Cooney will need to stay sharp as the Pienaar comparisons look well judged.
I've said before but Sheridan was excellent, not flashy but again quality forward play and he's doing full matches, stick him at 6 for Ulster and he could be a real asset.

Be an interesting match next weekend, Doak against Jack van Poortvleit at 9 should be good, Tigers lad being tipped as replacement both for Tigers and England in the non too distant future.

The games against England and France are always a step up in physicality. This irish side are as physical as I've seen at u20. The two props coming off the bench as well as Okeke gave a real boost in intensity at the right time. Kendellen is just the right shape for a ball carrier no 8. He looks to be a magnificent prospect. Sheridan was as physical as any player. I see the usual fortune tellers placing a ceiling over his potential due to size. The lad is the same height/weight as AOC. He is still 19.

Agree on Sheridan, 6'5" isn't that short for a 2nd row and at 19 might still grow further anyway.
