2 terrible passes but Gilroy should have held onto it.

Shambles all round

Copeland coming more into it with the mauls

Try Madigan, he's running well but that's about it.

Madigans ability to shut down the rest of a backline is shocking, I know it can work for him exceptionally well but against a backline aware of the trick we will have serious issues.

edit** as we just got the opportunity to see the undoubted positive aspects

Harsh, it hit him in the face.

Great tackle from Hendo there. Could do with getting his bap cut again to look a bit more menacing.

It makes me sad to watch Henderson grafting in the 2nd row when he's an outstanding back row forward.

Hendo showing some good aggression and speed - hard for him not to get at least on bench for 6 nations. Herring doing good. Cave not getting a single decent pass and Gilly a nightmare pass that he had about a 30% chance of catching- wonder if he will be thrown to the wolves of the Irish press for giving away a try

Shame for Herring, Ireland really need a longer "A" series

edit **** He was a 40-41 minute sub for those not able to watch

Just heard Eddie O'Sullivan on RTE radio (trying to find Wolfies) regurgitate the Tom Court v England spiel. I'm paraphrasing here, but not by much. Discussing the tough away trip to Twickenham this 6N, "Do you remember a few years ago, England destroyed the scrum. Tom Court was thrashed at the scrum, he went off & they lost easily."
Now, my memory is that Mike Ross played about 20 mins, was hammered in the scrum, got himself injured (played the next week for Leinster I think?) and TC came on as a tighthead whereby the thrashing continued. Eddie IMO was always an arrogant bluffer but this is pure lazy bu!!sh¡t (unless he is right, of course). I hope Dr Dave was listening as he seemed to be at Ravenhill too often for my liking.

Try listening to Barnes - barely knows any of the Irish players names, talks up england player constantly

Am I the only one to wish that games like this came to Ravenhill? Even in the rain I would say it would be a sell out

The word that he was after was provinces rather than creating "the Irish Regions"
