Has done a good job with Ballyclare, good to see a coach from a junior club get a chance in senior rugby. I am surprised as I had heard that Andy Wood the Clontarf coach had applied, although maybe that was out of nosiness and he never went to interview.

The AIL 1a winning coach applied for a 2a position? Just how much were QUB offering? Is Doaky still coaching them on the sly?

Morton is an interesting move due to injury didn't get much senior rugby at loose head after the inter pro's, be interesting to see if he starts ahead of Jonny Craig. Had heard he had been talking to a few clubs.
