Wise words Baggy - as we age we are reminded of the brevity of our stay here - and your mother’s sentiment of ‘carpe diem’ is absolutely right!
That said - it is hard to believe that it is 11 years since we lost Nevin, my thoughts are with his family who lost so much more than a potentially great rugby player!
