Personally I think the decision not to expose or play Sheridan this week might be sound with the next two games in mind and McCann still injured.
He's been omitted from selection for the last while, so I don't see why he'd suddenly bring someone in from the relative cold to play 2 big European games.

Although this is Dan McFarland we are talking about, so orthodox selection policies do not apply. He'll probably have Greg and Angus in the matchday 23 next week.

Anything short of a final or trophy and McFarland is off-ski at the end of the season.

The same was said last season tbf.

Remember how woeful we were over November to 6N period last season, and he didn't achieve either of the above, and made a complete hash of the home league QF.

I don't see him going anywhere, anytime soon.

Dalton is getting an unfair press in these comments. Perhaps you may have more justification at the end of his season with Angouleme and perhaps not. McBurney also. He took a chance and moved to Scotland. True it hasn’t proved a great idea so far . Some of cimanforever’s remarks are relevant and it’s unfair to be too critical. I would want to take issue with rumncoke over Tommy Seymour. He would have been selected if he’d stayed. It may have taken a little longer but he was definitely a class winger who would have made it wherever.

Weather looking to be pretty bad with heavy rain for most of the game. Expect a slug fest with leinsters rucking and cohesiveness suiting the conditions better than ours.

Late changes for Leinster.

Frawley in for Jimmy O'Brien and McCarthy in for Ryan. Molony now lock cover.

Will suit the conditions better. Has plug pulled a fast one given the forecast?

If you'd to say one good thing about our line-out this year, it'd have to be 'consistent'.

Thought it was a 17h35 kick off, so missed the first ten.

So will we be happy with a bonus point loss tonight? Most years I am happy to take 2 points from this game. Actually I’d take a point tonight 😂

Was great while it lasted.
Whatever happens from here, I just hope they put up a fight, show some balls and don't fold.

That kick from Burns was inch perfect, fair play to him for going for it. Don't think we had an advantage at the time.
