Posting pictures in messages

I'm sure someone has asked this before but is there any way to kust insert a picture into a posting? If there isn't do you just have to find some public webspace to place your picture on and then insert the link?

Has to be on the net somewhere, but that could be arranged for a small fee

Indded it does Paul. Type picturehosting into Google and you should come up with something. imageshack.us is quite good.
