Flights from here were just stupid money £460 when I priced them to either Treviso or Venice

We will drink to your good health.

Flights not too bad here - the Venice Film Festival must be a bigger draw for you than it is in Lionel-land!

Hope a lack of craic doesn't put off our Czech-mate. She's good value.

Celtic pub was empty apart from us after the game. Kebab was as good as ever next door though.

The Negroni in that cocktail bar with all the bottles in the window was even better than before, which I didn't think was possible.

We got some take-out in the early hours for the balcony at the apartment. They chucked one in for free. 20 euros for 3 bottles. Had to finish them for breakfast.

Lovely people in a lovely city.

Funniest thing was watching the three fellas outside the Duomo on Sunday morning trying to figure out where the strains of SUFTUM were coming from.
