Absolutely no hint of any protest at the game and the match itself was excellent as was the atmosphere. Perhaps like most season ticket holding supporters I am sick and tired of the social media crap and just want to watch my rugby team do the business on the pitch.
One of Shame Logan's lemmings are we Pastie man?

You stood in one spot and are able to inform me that my experience of the crowd was incorrect?

There was no appetite for a vocal protest either despite attempts from who I assume was Rugoval and myself to get "IRFU shame on you" and "Logan out" going, there were no takers. Somebody on the Prom had a Logan out banner, but it seems the good people or Ulster don't give a toss.
Sorry Snipe but it was clear from tv there were plenty of empty seats, I would estimate a couple of thousand at least. They might have been able to give away tickets for terrace, but the stands showed a lot of space. Maybe the good people of Ulster do give a toss but think there is a better way of showing their disapproval? Not necessarily staying away either.
Seats in the grandstand are always vacant on a Saturday. I've always assumed that a lot of grandstand dwellers are also club people who are otherwise occupied on a Saturday. Or people with families where Saturdays are not convenient.

Third highest attendance of the season and 3,000 more than Ospreys.

It needn't, and shouldn't, represent Logan's get out of jail card but.

Season ticket counted within those attendances whether present or not.

Attendance count = tickets sold count

Indeed they do but I don't believe that 3,000 of them didn't attend (2 at our house though).

I couldn't make it, so I can't draw a direct comparison, but my corner of the East Terrace was very sparsely attended against Ospreys.

Could care less about the off field politics involving Logan. I do however care about the lads who pull on the Ulster Jersey and put in a performance like last nights. Its quite obvious that the VAST majority of Ulster supporters like myself pay no heed to the ramblings of a few keyboard warriors on social media calling for protests. SUFTUM. :fleg:

He's a plant.
If he wants to pm me, I can arrange to show him the Hairsprays game and we can compare it to yesterday's.
Season ticket holders are counted as having attended the game, and there were three season ticket holders at the Hack with me.
I've never seen Logan's Stadium look so empty, but I know some people will tell themselves whatever they need to, so long as it fits in with whichever version best suits their needs.
Cognitive dissonance.

I'm not sure that is cognitive dissonance, to be honest. That would be more the way I still wanted Ulster to win last night, despite being right out of fecks.

However, I have no needs in either way. I would have preferred a less full terrace and was surprised at how busy it appeared to be.

Was it anyway near full? No.
Was there more space at the Os game? Yes.

Were a lot of people wearing Ulster shirts? Yes, but then with the good weather, there was no need to cover them with a coat.

I did not mention Ulster shirts.
Maybe you should have showered before the Hairspray's game.
PM me and you can call round to mine and you can watch both games. Bring yer own crow.
