I could sense that Baggy was getting a bit steamed in the weeks before Christmas and I assume he fell foul of the administrators. He is missed by all in Mexico.
The trick was not to take his pronouncements too seriously and enjoy the banter. I hope his demise is greatly exaggerated and we see him back on board after he has done his penance.

i can't remember where it was now but the mods just said the equivalent of "mind what you say" to him and in response he intimated that he would be taking a break. So not banned I don't think.

On a separate note, where's Russ? Was he simply Baggy's alter ego all that time?

A bit weird the thread starter 3put joined in 2008 yet only decides to start posting this week. If I remember correctly Baggy would have won the Open if he didn't 3 putt so much

He has said goodbye at least twice before, once under the Baggy name and once when he went by the name 'backawaygoonahead'. He has had other names in the past too so could be more than twice.....Utah something or other was one of those he used for making an @rse of himself back in the day.
