'Can't recall' is of course the classic response.
Kingspan are going to be carrying the can for a lot of this and rightly so given the way they are alleged to have behaved. Remains to be seen what charges they are hit with, but they are corporately and individually going to incur massive penalties.

Well they didn't give either of us any cash inducement to call it anything but Ravenhill.

What messages were sent in their group chat? That's what really matters here.

They're defence is already in the public domaine -- whether it will be sufficient to save their skins is another matter -- but it will no doubt affect the commercial sales of their products.

Like most public enquires of this nature I expect the final report to a that of a shot gun rather than a single bullet ie the blame will be spread to such an extent that nobody can be charged or sued wit any hope of achieving a worthwhile settlement.

And in the end the only people making money are the legal profession -- and the public are no longer interested because the report will come out 5- 6 years after the event and will no longer be front page news having been forgotten due to many more recent events.

BBC Sounds app have a weekly podcast covering the Grenfell Tower inquiry. A very difficult listen at times but interesting to hear how these companies rigged safety tests and put profit over safety. Allegedly....

It's not about percentages Rumn.
It's about identifying what caused the fire to spread so rapidly.
If it turns out that it was their 5% and you set that alongside allegedly bogus fire retardant reports, it's painting a damning picture for a prosecution QC to make hay with in any proceedings that follow the enquiry.

Dangerous territory this guys, justsaying, my advice, leave it to the legals, serious stuff!

It's all allegedly and info already in the public domain.
