Happen once to me a long time ago when i was suffering from stress and the short term memory went to hell I walked to chemists and forgot I left the car at the Doctors

Did that myself once. Drove to the chip shop for the Friday night family treat, bought the meal... and walked home. I was 18. Early onset...
