Hopefully 2023 will bring much improved performances by our men in white.
I realise I have had a particularly negative attitude in the last few weeks and I am going to TRY to park that. I’ve said my piece, now it’s time for the guys to pull together and improve things on the pitch.
The Munster match at home should be a clear indicator of where we really are. I’m not so concerned about a win or loss, I just want to see a cohesive performance and a return of the fight for every inch.

Oh and if we get stuffed by Munster, I hope the hairs on the Ulster players arses turn to drumsticks and bate the balls off them!!
