Ireland 7-0 up at half time. Ireland pack on top when going forward but having a lot of defensive work to do also. SA have some dangerous runners.
Bench impact could come into it, Ireland already down the depth charts in some positions.

I will never grasp why scrumhalves kick so much ball away. Giving the ball away continually to an attacking backline makes no sense. Connor Murray bears a lot of responsibility for setting the example.

South African try results from so called box kick by Ireland 9. 31 12. Smith misses conversion, his 3rd missed kick today.

There could be half a dozen future senior international players there.

I would have no objection to Sam Prendergast moving to Ulster to play 10 next season. We have Ross Byrne and his little brother, the Future of Irish Rugby, to pick from.

Yep, very good second half indeed. Looking forward to the final.

Two Byrnes and Prendergast; I reckon Leinster will want four 10s before one moves. Maybe a couple away with Ireland and one injured...

Yup, 6pm UK Time kick off for the final, just 38-7 to France in the 2nd half.

Yes, Irvine. McNabney and Telfer were banned, available for final.

The French look awesome. After the first quarter, I thought the English were going to do it, but the French just stepped it up and the English couldn't cope. Still looking forward to the final. If Ireland can beat these guys, maybe we really have begun to deserve a long term seat at the top table.
