Are you allowed to take quick tap from penalty when ref calls time off to yellow card someone?

Decent performance. Some atrocious trys handed over to them. Stephen Watson making a bit of a d!ck out of himself on BBC. Tommy rightly shooting him down.

We played really well. I have been very critical of the team like many others. But fair play to the whole 23. One hundred per cent effort. Onwards and upwards.

You been talking to yourself on the sofa again Dave?

At least we had an occasionally dangerous attack tonight.

Nice to see JC looking brighter and JS getting heavily involved.

Scrum a major worry, lacing quality and depth there. If Marty is done then we are in big trouble next season.

Having said that, both EOS and Wilson put themselves about tonight and did well.

Lineout was generally decent. Sheridan with a couple of steals was good to see as ulster rarely do that.

Murphy said he's trying to get the tempo up and play a more offloading game. He's realised the ulster pack won't run through anyone these days so a different approach required

Thought both wingers looked much better. 1 shocker aside, Addison at 13 played very well alongside big Stu.

Yes, predictably Will is looking pretty good again just as we’re about to release him.

Our error count seemed to be a good bit lower this week and look what happened.

The last try was disgraceful but I get the feeling that, even if it had been taken after a defensive set up had been in place they still would have scored - they just wanted it and weren't going to be denied. We weren't really focused.

Flashes of some much improved play, decent bench impact. Izzy with key contributions these past two weeks, if he can marry his attitude with his athletic profile he and Sheridan could compliment eachother perfectly

Also not sure what was going on in the stadium, but the clock on TV was acting very strangely last 5 mins. Luckily didn't come back to bite us

Yes lol, apparently if the wife leaves and takes the kids you still have to give them money. Also, the site is very laggy.

We looked much better going forward. Vintage Stockdale at times. Wilson is a beast, ball in hand. Handling skills are improving. Lineout was better.

Some calamitous play led to leaking more scores again.

I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Signs of some confidence returning where it is needed in the backs. You can see Murphys plan moving the ball starting to take effect with cooney running a bit more off quick rucks to hold in the defence. Despite addisons mistake I thought he did well at 13 and the body seems to be holding up. He has a big role to play there for the rest of the season and brings the best out of the rest of the backline ( Hume needs to add this to his game). With better weather coming and a game plan developing we can have a positive end to the season.

While the season has been a bit of a disaster, really positive to see Wilson, Sheridan and Izzy emerge, and McCann pushing on. Coupled with Stewart, Hendy and Timoney, thats a real solid foundation for a pack for next season.

Ed Byrne looks to be a decent bit of business. We could do with a decent 7 or 8 bought in though to add a bit more depth.

The times they are a (slowly) changing lads.

Bit of a mixed bag yesterday, good in attack but brittle In defense at times. A couple of big shifts and Stockdale had his best game in years.

Does anyone know what is going on with McCann. He spent a lot of the time when we had the ball doing a 'Tom Croft', hiding on the wing. In fairness to him, the cross field kick would have been a big mismatch against their left wing who was quite slight, but it was never used as an options, in spite of McCann having his hands up calling for it a lot. Is offering the threat of that not something Bobby could do? You'd think we'd be better served by having one of our best breakdown forwards helping with the breakdown.
